1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping:  2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on location

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs delays.

3. International Shipping


International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages or Lost Packages

Classictoolshop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
